The construction industry had for long stagnated on the idea of onsite construction. But recent studies have shown that prefabrication is a lot more sustainable and cost effective for both client and manufacturer. Technology today has advanced so much that that we can now design and build remotely.

The pandemic has accelerated this trend towards modern ways of working in the construction industry - mass producing components offsite, thus saving on time and fossil fuels that would have been burnt on daily site commutes as well as running machinery on site.
